Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the following business day.

Shipping Area
We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Allow 24 hours for tracking to update after shipment.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within 15 business days of shipment, contact support@crestlinegoods.store. We will investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue.
Address Accuracy
